Privacy Policy

This policy is for the Two Makes One app and websites run by HKitty Enterprises. It says what we take, what we do not, and how you can delete it. By using the Service you agree to this policy. If you do not, do not use the Service.

On this device

The app saves a local copy of your test answers, profile and settings. Download my data in Settings exports the data held on this device.

If you sign in

We keep a login (Google, Apple, email, or phone). Phone sign-in and checks store a keyed hash of the number in the app database. Our text provider processes the number to send requested codes. Checked means access to a phone number was confirmed. Two-factor secrets are encrypted and recovery keys are stored as hashes. Our application audit records use hashed IP addresses. Sign-in and hosting providers also process connection information to operate the service. Age is your attestation. We do not run an ID check.

If matching is on, we also store the card you published, your personality scores, tonight's seat, notes, matches, chats, and face photos so the other person can see what they need. City is what you type. We place that city on a map to measure miles. That is the city you typed, not your phone. We do not take GPS. Photos stay hidden for 24 hours after you connect, then both people must agree. You can agree to skip the wait with Plus.

Texts

If you ask for a sign-in code, we text that code to the number you typed. We do not sell or share mobile numbers with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. Message frequency is one code when you tap Send code, at most a few per hour if you request again. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts. Reply HELP for help.

What other people see

Your published name, age, city, pronouns, intent, bio and interests. After you connect, the other person can compare personality results. A gold mark indicates a phone check. Photos stay hidden for 24 hours after you connect, then both people must agree. You can agree to skip the wait with Plus. We do not sell this. We do not use it for ads.

Reports

If you report someone, we keep the reason, a short quoted note, and what you wrote so a person can read it. We use this information to review the report. We never auto-ban from one flag. If you delete your account, reports you filed are removed. Reports about you may stay.

Who else sees it

Sign-in, hosting, text and mail providers process information needed to run those parts. We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect a person from harm. We do not sell your information and we do not share it for advertising.

Cookies

The app uses a sign-in cookie so you stay logged in. The websites do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep account and matching data until you delete the account. A founding slot is not recycled. Reports about you, limited security records and minimal purchase records used to prevent fraud may stay. Hashed identifiers can still link records.

Delete

Settings → Delete account removes your login, profile, test results, photos and chats from the app and clears this device. Reports you filed go with it. Reports about you, the founding allocation, a record of deletion and minimal purchase records used to prevent fraud may remain. This does not promise immediate erasure of provider logs or backups. If two-factor is on, you need an app code or recovery key.

Children

The Service is for people 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn we have, we delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to let you know.
